Ownership structure
Lombard is part of the Friends Life group (formerly Friends Provident group), which was acquired by Resolution Ltd in 2009. Resolution is committed to Lombard, describing it as “a unique business with great prospects...”.
Resolution has recently reaffirmed its confidence in Lombard’s growth potential and long-term value to the Group and anticipates strong cash dividends from Lombard in the coming years.
